Companies use one of the Old Second Bancorp Bank's ACH Direct systems to originate electronic payments and/or collections easily and efficiently. They do this by creating and editing ACH entries on our interactive 24-hour Voice Response System or by creating and editing ACH entries on their personal computers and transmitting them directly to Old Second Bancorp for processing.

Your business can use the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system to create any repetitive debit or credit. ACH Direct will allow you to originate direct deposit of your employees' payroll, pension benefits or expense reimbursements; charge customers for dues and memberships, franchise fees, insurance premiums, monthly parking fees and subscriptions; collect utility bills, rents or concentrate funds from local depository banks. Old Second Bancorp Banks offers a system that can be customized to meet your company's specific banking needs. More detail is provided in the "Old Second Bancorp's ACH System Manual".

ACH files are not processed on days which are Federal Holidays.

Electronic Transfer of Funds — Our electronic banking service allows you to perform transfers between Old Second Bancorp Banks and other financial institutions.

Electronic Tax Payment Service — Our tax payment program has many options and features, which will provide your business with the best program to meet your needs. Your company can transmit your federal and state tax payments electronically to us any time 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Accounts Receivable Service — Old Second Bancorp's direct debit program will allow your company the convenience of collecting customer payments electronically. This can improve your company's cash flow and perhaps even reduce the amount of past-due accounts.

Electronic Child Support Payment System — Old Second Bancorp provides your business with the ability to pay your mandated child support and other garnished wages to the court and other governmental agencies electronically.
